Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us
To purchase from us you must be over 18.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance and released payment from your account for your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we have taken payment in full.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price.
Delivery timescales given are only estimates.

Complaints
We try very hard to exceed our customer expectations. In case we fail and you need to complain about our service then please email us at [info@evo2max.com]
We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 business hours.

Receipt of Goods
When you receive your bike or bikes, it is important that you inspect them before signing for the delivery. If you are suspicious that the goods are damaged, or the box containing the goods looks badly damaged, then you should refuse delivery. In this event, do not sign for the goods and please contact us immediately (3 working days maximum) so that we can resolve the situation with our courier.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at your option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

Warranty
Frames and wheels come with a 2 year manufacturers guaranteed against defects. This does not cover wear and tear, crash or race damage. Warranties are not transferrable. In any instance, your statutory rights will be unaffected

Warranty Returns
Should your product, or any parts, develop a fault whilst still under warranty, we will sort it out for you. Items may be required to be returned to be assessed if the fault is within the offered warranty terms. If any goods are returned claiming to be faulty which we regard as not being covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will contact you to inform you of this. In this event, you will be liable for all postage costs.

Returning Unwanted Items
Any items from your order that are unsuitable or unwanted can be returned for a refund or exchange, within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging and are in an unused condition. We cannot accept return on any bespoke items, this includes full bikes which have been built to order.

Your return postage costs will not be refunded unless the product is faulty.

We aim to process returns on the day they are received but as this is not always possible please allow up to 3 working days for returns to be processed.
